[linrad] Some times raising the devil works

Fedora has a new line a couple up from the bottom
that is new on the Fedora project page and a couple
of lines seem to have missing ;-).

The "download from Rawhide is gone" and up2date is
back!

I suspect that there is a new hole in the ground in
North Carolina and RedHat is busy filling it.
