Have you guys seen the services offerd by
http://sourceforge.net/
THey have most of what you need. CVS, FTP, Forums, Bugtracking
e-mail lists, voting systems and so on. It's all free.
THey have a fast Internet connection too. And if you are on
SourceForge you have some visability too. Just about everything
you might want is alredy done. Accounts are free if your project
is open source.
