[Linrad] Map65 reports "No Rx data"

I have Linrad (both 2.47 and 2.49) on a linux PC transmitting timf2 data on 239.255.0.00:50004 and
can see streaming 50004 packets arriving at a Win XP machine using the windump tool. But Map65 v0.9
r1001 reports "No Rx data" with the mode set to "multicast".
Some of the email traffic refers to the format of the timf2 data and suggests setting fft1 mode to
5...but linrad only claims to offer modes 0...2. Some other email traffic suggests adding a route
entry for 224.0.0.0
Does anyone know what's wrong with this setup. Does Linrad need a specific setup to get the packet
data in the right format?
thanks,
jeff, wa1hco
