Hi Tom,

Your parameter values hardly look like the defaults.

No doubt you will get a more complete response from Leif.  In the 
meantime, I will just point out that setting M_CIC2, M_CIC5. and M_RCF 
and OL_RCF all to 2 is not a good way to start.  try 10, 10, 7, and 6.
