Perseus samples at 125kHz, 250kHz, 500kHz 1MHz or 2 MHz.
As it happens 2 MHz divided by 7 is 95238.095!
I think we should try to convince Nico it would be a good idea for him
to make one more .sbs file (FPGA program) available that would
downsample 21 times from 2 MHz:-)
