Hi Jeremy,

For the +/-15V I use standard 12 V transformers connected 
to the three-phase 400/230V system that is standard here.
With a PI filter, capacitor, inductor, capacitor I have a
hum-free (this is not critical) somewhat unstable DC source
at about 15V. I run two WSE systems from it. One for Rx and 
another (modified) for Tx. Efficiency is very high, all the
heat is generated in the WSE units which are not picky about 
supply voltage:-)
