Hi All,

Linrad-02.10 is now uploaded.

The time to announce "Linrad for Windows" to a wider
audience is approaching. I am not planning any changes
other than those motivated by bug reports until after
a stable linrad-02.xx is established. 

Bug reports are particularly welcome!
