   thanks for reply, I found it ok.  I'm still trying to get the latest
distribution of LinRad "lir01-35" to work. this is my first experience with
Linux. I am having some difficulty.  I'm having trouble getting Mandriva
10.1 I think to see my sound card "SB AWE64". I will undoubtly upgrade to
another sound card, but this one is required to run  K6STI's program which
I'm trying to set up at the same time.
    Hope its not too wet for you in W6 land. I hear that they are having a
great deal of rain.
