[linrad] Linrad-01.29

This version differs from the previous one in that it has a 
new option in Makefile that can be used to have svgalib-1.9.19
loaded automatically at boot time.

It works under RedHat, Mandrake, Fedora and SuSE.
I was not able to compile svgalib-1.9.19 under
Slackware but did not put much effort in it because
it seems to me that Slackware users are knowledgeable
on Linux so they would be able to do what is required
without any support from Linrad:-)
