This was not Roger's problem. Roger must have pasted the URL, seconds after he received my email. And did not stayed long enough to see my corrected email, perhaps a minute 
later.

This file is around 600 Mb and is to be used to burn a CD. Burner required 
  A high speed connection is a MUST. And even then,  it will take quite
  some time.
