[linrad] Experienced users only

I am interested to know if you can build linrad and
linrad.exe without much trouble.

I am also interested to know whether linrad.exe
works on your Windows machines. Select the appropriate
soundcard, speed and bits, then press W, finally A
to get into the normal processing screen. Do not click
on anything, just see if a spectrum appears on screen.
Exit with ESC or the Windows box in the upper right corner.
(Other commands might cause a crash)
