CoolEdit ver 1.53  16 bit?

Subject: [HSMS] CoolEdit 16 bit?

Hi all,

Is anyone using CoolEdit 1.53 (the Win 3.x version)? I've been 
playing with it and notice that whenever the display is updating on 
the receive instance (for example during the redraw when zooming in 
or out), the transmit stops. It doesn't stop immediately, but several 
seconds after the display begins to redraw in the receive instance of 
CoolEdit.. and it does resume transmitting once the redraw is 
complete. On my system, which isn't all that fast, this could get a 
bit interesting (could very easily wipe out most of a transmit 
sequence).

I'm just wondering if this is normal and whether anyone might have 
found a cure for it or has suggestions on working around it? Or, 
maybe I'm the only one still not running Win95!
