Rein -

If you can, here is the file 1118WN.WAV attached. This is my sig, as received by ko0u/1, FN42, on 11/18/97. This is the first known 8500 lpm MS QSO in this country, or perhaps anywhere.

This is a combined WAV file of four pings; calls in the first, calls plus 26 report in the second, then two separate pings of rogers. It was transmitted and received using MSDSP and unmodified rigs, 2000 Hz tone injection. It was recorded at a sample of rate of 22,050 and 8 bit mono. The pings were edited into one file using CoolEdit.

Since it is unlikely that we will be able to run any faster, and since this is the first known QSO above 6000 lpm (except, however, for the QSO yesterday between ko0u and myself at 8000 lpm), it might be a worthwhile addition to your Web pages.

73,

HSMS CW Signals as per 11/18/97
