Suggestions and Directions For Announcing Planned EME ACTIVITY.

Over the years different methodes and schemes have been used to schedule and announce EME Activiy.
The objective of this page is to suggest ways that maximize the availability of these activities to
the Moonbounce Community.
Before the internet, the most popular methode was perhaps via the 432 MHz and Above EME Newsletter by K2UYH

For short term and changes the 20 m Moonbounce Net was and could be used with often limitations, such as
Conditions, QRM, Availabiliy of HF communication, etc.

Time: 1600 UTC
Days: Saturdays and Sundays
Net Control: K1RQG

With the event of the Internet many other channels of communication became available and were being
used for Announcements of Activities, Requests, Skeds, Tests, etc.

Problem with this is that not every EME'er has access to all these different channels:
Email Reflectors such as Moon-net and others.
Dedicated Forums
Private emails
Other

In the community there is a general concern about the level of Moonbounce activity in particular on 70 cm. As we all know it takes
at least 2 to make a QSO and the chance to make a contact will increase with the knowledge of activity.
